Responsibilities

サプライヤ選定・承認：

• 自動機・金型関連サプライヤの選定・承認
• 設計・製造・品質を巻き込んだCFTリード
• NPI対応およびグローバル連携（契約／内外作判断）

価格・コストマネジメント

• ターゲットコスト設定、VAVE・should-cost分析
• QCDを踏まえた調達条件交渉
• RfQ・e-Auction等の調達ツール活用

サプライヤマネジメント（SRM）

• 長期的かつ競争力のあるサプライヤ関係構築
• サプライヤ評価・PSL管理
• サプライヤ統合・取引集約の推進

法令・コンプライアンス

• 各種法令・社内ルールの遵守
• Supplier Code of Conductの徹底

Requirements

必須要件：

• 金型や機械関係に関わる技術職経験者
• 英語および日本語のビジネスレベルスキル

歓迎要件：

• 調達、SCM経験
• 中国語スキル
