Responsibilities

• お客様からのサステナビリティ（環境・社会・ガバナンス）関連調査への対応
• 製品終息（EOL）および4M変更（PCN）案件の顧客承認活動の推進および管理
• 上記およびその他業務の改善およびDX推進
• 海外グループ会社との業務統合の推進
• 募集部門の他の業務を兼任する場合もあります。

Requirements

必須条件：（目安：3年以上）

• 国内外の関係部門と連携したプロジェクト推進、業務統合の経験
• 英語での業務遂行の経験（関係者との意見交換、合意形成）

歓迎条件：

• 業務改善およびDX推進の経験（業務フローの改善、ツールの導入で業務の効率化を達成）
• 社外からのサステナビリティにかかる調査対応の経験
• 製造業での職務経験
• PCスキル（Microsoft Office、Microsoft 365）
