Responsibilities

グループ全体のコミュニケーション戦略に向けて、各社各部のブランディング施策における効果最大化を最大化するために、データの収集・分析方法の検討や、KPIの設定といった基盤の整備はもちろんのこと、各種データを踏まえた広報戦略・施策との連携までをリードいただきます。
職務詳細：

• コーポレートブランドコミュニケーション活動（広報/ソーシャルメディア/ブランドキャンペーン/インターナルコミュニケーションなど）におけるデータ戦略の策定
• 代理店パートナーや関連部署と協働し、ソーシャルメディア・ペイドメディア・Webなど複数チャネルでの実装および測定プロセスの構築・運用
• トップファネル施策(ブランディング活動)とボトムファネル施策(マーケティング活動)の連携最適化（データフロー設計・セグメンテーション設計）
• ブランド施策の成果を可視化し、インサイトを提供
• コーポレート部門、マーケティングチーム、セールスチームの間の技術的リエゾンとして、部門横断での連携・整合性を推進
• 関連部署や社外ベンダーとの調整、予算・実算管理

Requirements

必須条件：

• 事業会社広報、もしくはコンサルタントとしてデータ戦略のご経験がある方（特にトップファネル施策に関するご経験がある方は尚可）
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC（R）テスト900点程度:海外Gr会社とのやり取りにて使用）
