Responsibilities

• 工場IoTの全体戦略企画およびシステムアーキテクチャ構築に向け、システム開発部門と連携したプロジェクトの推進・管理
• 製造現場の生産性向上・改善に向けたアプリ開発、デジタルデバイスの導入・標準化などの企画・開発・実装・維持運用
• 生産部門関連部署の業務プロセス変革および効率化推進
• 各施策の国内協力会社および海外事業体へのグローバル展開

Requirements

• 製造現場や関係部署、仕入先様などと円滑に業務を遂行するためのファシリテーション力・コミュニケーション能力
• 組織の壁を越えて発揮できるリーダーシップ
• 製造現場の生産性向上・改善に向けた革新的なアイデア創出力および実行力、業務改革の経験
• デジタル分野に明るく、特にシステムアーキテクチャ、生成AI、IoT、アプリ開発などの専門性
