Responsibilities

同社事業においては、急速に変化する外部環境に対応し、業績への影響を正確に予測することが求められています。本ポジションでは、特に財務データおよび市場データの分析・シミュレーションを通じて、経営の意思決定を支援し、戦略的な提言を行います。【財務分析とモデリング】

• 収益性、コスト構造、キャッシュフローの分析を行い、経営層に対する財務的インサイトを提供します。これには、各事業部門のパフォーマンスを評価するための詳細な財務モデルの構築が含まれます。

【業績予測とシミュレーション】

• さまざまなシナリオを考慮した業績予測を立案し、外部環境や市場の変化に応じた施策の影響をシミュレーションします。これにより、経営層が情報に基づいた意思決定を行えるようサポートします。

【施策の検討と立案】

• 分析結果に基づき、業績改善のための具体的な施策を検討し、立案します。また、これらの施策の実行を推進し、その効果を定期的にモニタリング・評価します。

【データ可視化と報告】

• 財務データや市場データを用いた分析結果を視覚的にわかりやすく報告書としてまとめ、経営層や関連部門へのプレゼンテーションを行います。これにより、経営全体の戦略的な視点を共有し、組織全体での合意形成を図ります。

【業界トレンドの分析】

• 電子部品・半導体業界における市場動向や競合分析を行い、これを基に戦略的な提言を行います。市場の変化に迅速に対応するためのフレームワークを構築し、経営陣の意思決定をサポートします。

このような業務を通じて、自身の分析力や提言が経営層の意思決定に直接影響を与える重要な役割を果たすことができます。

• 近しい規模感での財務分析およびモデリングの実務経験をお持ちの方
• ビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方
