Responsibilities

• 電動車用コネクタの開発・設計業務
• 国内主要自動車メーカーやTier1/Tier2メーカーへの提案活動および技術協議の実施
• 顧客要求をまとめ、コンセプト提案、詳細設計、デザインレビュー、試作～量産立ち上げに至る製品評価・検証の実施
• インレットコネクタなどの関連接続部品の構造提案
• サプライヤーとの技術折衝/指導、交渉、調整、品質改善活動
• 国内外顧客、海外姉妹拠点及び社内関係部門からの依頼に基づく技術支援および指導
• SAPを使用しデータ集計・分析し資料作成の実施。
• 伝票・システム処理

Requirements

必須条件：

• 機械／機構設計・開発に関して7年以上の実務経験並びに関連知識
• プロジェクトの開発段階から量産まで管理の経験がある方

• コネクタの設計／開発経験
• CAEによる強度解析や伝熱解析経験
• 生産技術・製造技術の経験
• 品質保証業務経験
• サプライヤーとの技術折衝/指導、交渉、調整経験
• 金属材料の接続・接合技術の設計／開発経験
• 3D CADによる設計経験
• 製品開発部門における改善活動経験
