Responsibilities

保険商品および子会社の業績に関する分析を提供し、これらの業績が予算に沿っていることを確認することで、事業の成長と収益性改善を支援します。

• 同社の業績を多面的（連結レベル、商品レベル、子会社レベル）に調査、分析、報告
• 業績に関連した特別な分析の実施
• 予算策定、業績予測、財務計画の支援
• P/L、および部門の経費管理
• 費用配賦に関わる業務の支援
• 経理部門との連携・支援（財務会計の妥当性検証 etc.）
• ビジネス・パートナー業務
• 保険引受・営業部門および海外を含むファイナンス・グループとの連携

Requirements

必須条件:

• MS Office（Excel、PowerPoint、Wordなど）を用いたデータ集計及び分析、資料作成の実務経験

歓迎条件:

• 簿記3級程度の基本的な会計知識
• SAPおよび関連アプリケーション／システムの経験
• 財務企画部門または経理部門の経験
