Responsibilities

• 部門長をサポートし、DX全体戦略の立案を行う
• 各DXプロジェクトの進捗をモニターし、必要に応じて介入・エスカレーションを行う
• 関連する他のDXプロジェクトや特定のビジネスニーズとの整合性とエンドツーエンドの最適化を確保する

Requirements

• DXを活用した大規模業務改革にチャレンジする意思があること
• DXプロジェクトにプロジェクトマネージャとして参加した経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力(ライティング、リーディング、スピーキング)
• コミュニケーション能力、情熱・向上心、既成概念にとらわれずに考え、多面的な視野を持ち、主体的に活動できる方 など
• 新しい技術やサービスに対する知的好奇心が高く、学習意欲、成長意欲の高い方
