Responsibilities

国内外の核融合実験炉や関連装置（高電圧電源、真空機器、冷却装置、超電導磁石など）に使用される主要コンポーネントおよび部品の調達業務を担当いただきます。開発段階からエンジニアと連携し、品質・コスト・納期の最適化を図りながら、グローバルなサプライチェーンを構築・運用していきます。

• 調達戦略の立案および実行（サプライヤー選定・購買計画策定）
• 国内外サプライヤーからの機器・部品調達および役務発注
• 見積取得、価格交渉、契約条件（T&C）協議、発注・検収処理
• コストダウン・納期短縮・品質安定に向けた改善推進
• 物流・輸出入管理、取引先評価、社内関連部門との調整
• 購買プロセスの標準化・デジタル化による効率化推進

Requirements

必須条件:

• 製造業またはエンジニアリング分野での調達・購買業務経験
• 国内外サプライヤーとの価格交渉、契約、納期調整の実務スキル
• 英語によるメール・会議でのコミュニケーション能力
• 社内関連部門（技術、品質、物流、経理等）を巻き込んだ調整力

歓迎条件:

• 国際調達、輸出入管理、契約書レビューの経験
• 原価分析やコストダウン活動の推進経験
• スタートアップや研究開発型企業での柔軟な業務対応経験
