Responsibilities

海外現地法人スタッフ向けにフィールド分野の技術研修企画、運営を行なっていただきます。来日研修の場合は、アテンド、通訳、研修資料の翻訳作業も付随いたします。研修時は講師が日本語で説明した後に英語へ通訳していただきます。また、研修に対するニーズのヒアリングや研修のフォローアップなど、研修全体の運営にも携わっていただきます。研修受講生が教育内容を十分に学習、理解できるようにメンバー１人１人に目を配り、細やかなサポートをしていただくことを期待します。例として下記のような研修を実施しています。

• 製品教育、点検実技教育、設備の保全計画提案トレーニング

対象となる現地法人

• アメリカ、欧州、オセアニア、東南アジア、韓国、中国、インド

Requirements

必須条件:業種未経験・職種未経験歓迎≫

• 英検準１級またはTOEIC800点目安の英語力をお持ちの方
• 海外や異文化に興味のある方、コミュニケーションに抵抗が無い方
• 普通自動車免許

歓迎条件:

• 人材教育企画経験
• 研修企画の法人営業の経験
