Responsibilities

在米の事業部長下において、グローバルオートメーション事業の拡大戦略立案、具体策の検討、実行体制構築、モニタリングを推進いただきます。1）事業戦略および実行推進

• 本事業の業績管理
• 市場動向と自社事業の分析
• 地域別、業種別の事業戦略立案、実行計画の策定
• 立案する戦略の他組織との合意形成

2）事業ディベロップメント

• 顧客要望を元に、事業部ケイパビリティを踏まえた新規ソリューションの検討
• ソリューション提供のための社内協業＆実行体制構築

(顧客と対応部署が国内外に存在するため、現場間の調整では提供できるソリューションが限られるリスクがあり、本部署が顧客と対応部署の橋渡しを担っています。)

Requirements

必須条件:

• 事業会社の企画部門もしくは、コンサルティング会社にて製造・流通分野に関する実務経験をお持ちの方(製造・流通業界出身でなく、顧客先に向けた企画や戦略立案のご経験がある方も歓迎)
• ビジネスレベルの英語力(目安：TOEIC(R)テスト800点以上）

歓迎条件:

• エンジニアもしくは営業、フロントとして、システムインテグレーション事業に携わった経験
• 海外勤務・留学経験
