Company overview

We are a manufacturer of material products. We design, manufacture, process, and sell various material products such as fluororesin products and high-performance rubber for a wide range of industries, including industrial equipment, chemicals, machinery, energy, telecommunications, semiconductors, automotive, aerospace, and aviation. Our representative products include sealing products like packings and gaskets. These products, which support the foundation of various industries, contribute to production efficiency, safety assurance, performance enhancement, advanced functionality, energy conservation, and environmental safety.

Responsibilities

今回は国の研究機関および装置メーカーと共同開発した「新型研究用デバイス」のマーケティングおよび販促業務をお任せいたします。主に、研究所、製薬会社、創薬会社、大学などに向けた製品となっており、新製品の市場導入段階から携われるポジションとなります。市場展開を進めていくための販売代理店の開拓や顧客ヒアリングなど、今までのご経験を活かせる部分からご担当いただき、将来的にはマーケティングの上流工程である販売戦略立案・販路拡大活動の主担当としての業務をお任せする予定となっております。既に展示会や学会などでは高い評価や引き合いを得ており、今後のビジネス拡大のための増員募集となります。

• 新型研究用デバイスのプレマーケティング活動（展示会対応、サンプル配布、顧客ヒアリング、使用評価フォロー）

※展示会は月2回程度参加

• 販売代理店および外部コンサルとの連携・情報共有
• 顧客ニーズの収集と製品改良へのフィードバック
• 技術資料・販促資料の作成支援（技術メンバーとの協働）

Requirements

必須要件:

• 日常会話レベルの英語力をお持ちの方（海外顧客とのコミュニケーションが発生します）
• バイオ系、医療系、理化学機器のいずれかでの営業経験

歓迎要件:

• マーケティングのご経験をお持ちの方
• 少人数規模での新規事業立ち上げのご経験をお持ちの方
