Company overview

We are a non-life insurance company of a major IT group in Japan. In cooperation with the group, we provide internet insurance that allows easy application and quotation through the internet. We aim to expand our lineup of products that are highly compatible with internet services. Moving forward, we will continue to strive for further growth by integrating traditional non-life insurance with innovative internet services.

Responsibilities

ご経験に応じて、以下いずれかの領域をご担当いただきます。

• 会社業績（PL）に寄与する各種プロジェクト・特命案件の推進サポート
  • PMO業務（進捗・課題管理、関係部門との調整、会議体運営補助）
  • 経営層向けレポート・プレゼン資料の作成および説明サポート
• 事業管理高度化に関する企画・導入支援、導入後のKPI設計・モニタリング
• 各領域の担当役員・事業部門との協業による施策立案・実行サポート
• グループ内他事業、アライアンス先、担当官庁等との連携・調整（上長の指示のもと）
• 予算編成・予実管理のオペレーション、差異分析、改善提案のとりまとめ

Requirements

必須要件:英語力（TOEIC800点程度）をお持ちの上で、以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

• 損害保険会社における企画業務の経験（営業企画、オペレーション企画 等を含む）
• 損害保険会社におけるプロジェクトマネジメントまたはPMOの実務経験

歓迎要件:

• 経営企画部での実務経験
