Company overview

We are a co-creative solution firm that integrates pig farming with technology to support comprehensive improvement in agricultural productivity and provide transparent and safe food supply. Our mission is to co-create a circular economy for pork through data utilization, constructing an ecosystem based on environmental resource consideration (low burden) and respect for dietary diversity, thereby enhancing the entire process of pork production and distribution. We leverage technology to realize a society where both meat-eating and non-meat-eating cultures are respected, addressing sustainability challenges while offering abundant choices and spaces.

Responsibilities

• 米国における新規顧客・パートナーの開拓
• クライアントに伴走し、課題抽出、価値創出、および営業活動の実行
• 顧客課題の整理・分析、現地で得たインサイトの社内共有・フィードバック
• KPI設計、PMFまでの推進

Requirements

必須条件：

• 法人営業・事業開発経験（2年以上）
• ユーザーとの円滑なコミュニケーションができる方
• 海外での事業開発に強い意欲をお持ちの方
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（社内外ステークホルダーとの調整・交渉）
•     TOEIC 900点以上、TOEFL iBT 95点以上、IELTS 7.0以上、もしくはアメリカの企業を顧客とする英語での営業経験のいずれかを満たすこと
