Responsibilities

• 自動運転システムに関する機能の設計および開発リード
• カメラ・レーダー・超音波センサーなど複数技術を組み合わせたシステム機能全体の設計管理
• システム要件の策定および継続的なアップデート
• ステークホルダー要件とのトレーサビリティ管理（双方向）
• システムアーキテクト、ソフトウェアエンジニア、検証・テストチームとの密な協働
• 顧客ミーティングや実車試験（テストドライブ）における技術リード
• 機能ごとのKPI・性能指標の定義と測定戦略の設計
• テスト戦略、テスト環境、テストケースのレビューと改善提案
• 開発プロセス、品質基準、社内外の標準化ルールの遵守
• サプライヤーや関連部門との技術レビューの主導・支援

Requirements

共通の必須条件:

• システムエンジニアリング（ASPICE）
• 組み込みソフトウェアの基礎知識
• SoCの基礎知識
• ISO 26262（機能安全）
• システム要件の作成経験

※1名OEMとインターフェースがある方に関しては日本語ビジネスレベル以上が必要となります2ヘッドカウントのみ必要な経験:

• 自動車に関する基礎知識および関連ツール（通信、診断、マイコンなど）
• プロジェクトマネジメントの基礎知識（スケジュール管理、スコープ管理、リソース管理、コミュニケーション）

歓迎条件:

• ソフトウェアエンジニアリングの知識、AUTOSAR（オートザー）
• モデルベース開発（MBD）－ Simulink / Stateflow
• プログラミングスキル － C言語、Python
• コンピュータビジョン（画像処理・認識技術）
