Responsibilities

• AD3自動化プログラムの開発および納品をリードし、技術的な卓越性、顧客満足、そしてスケジュール通りの遂行を確実にする。
• 約300名（外部関係者を含む）のチーム体制の中で、約20名を直接指揮・管理する。
• 4つの製品ラインを管理する
• R&D領域における主要なリファレンスパーソンとしての役割を担う。

Requirements

• エレクトロニクスに関する経験・知識
• ADASに携わってきた経験
• エンジニア経験
• 高いマネジメントスキル
• 日本語：ビジネスレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル
