■Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PMO with a strong background in managing AWS Cloud projects.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for project governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring smooth execution of cloud transformation initiatives.
• Mandatory　Skills:
• Project Management / PMO experience with AWS cloud-based projects.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in Project Management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• 基本的に顧客先勤務となり、出社を中心としています。
• 日本語および英語を両方活用するため、英語力も十分に活かせる環境です。
• エンジニアは、多国籍でインドからの転籍の方含め他の国籍の方もいらっしゃいます。

Requirements

■必須要件

• クラウドベースのプロジェクト管理/PMOの経験
• Agile、Scrum、またはWaterfallの手法に関する専門知識
• JIRA、Confluence、Microsoft Projectなどのプロジェクト管理ツールの習熟

■望ましい資格

• AWS認定資格があれば尚よい
• PMP、またはPMI-ACP認定があればよりよい
• 日本語力は日本語能力試験N2レベル以上（日本語の文書を読み書きできる能力が必要です）
