Responsibilities

同社の新機種開発におけるアフターセールス領域のプロジェクトリーダーをお任せいたします。 新機種の上市準備を統括する部門にて、機種開発の上流から下流までの各工程における顧客視点に基づいた仕様改善、上市準備の推進を実施いただきます。具体的には:開発/設計/研究/購買/営業/生産技術/サービス等が参加する新機種開発プロジェクトチームに、アフターセールス（AS）領域の代表として以下の3つの役割を担っていただきます。ミッションは、商品上市までにお客様満足につながる国内外のAS部門の上市準備活動を円滑に完了させることです。1）【要望の集約と反映】（開発へのフィードバック）

• 国内外のAS部門（販売店、整備、部品など）の要望を精査します。
• AS領域の代表として開発・設計部門と技術的な議論・折衝を行い、製品仕様へ反映させます。

2）【開発情報の展開】（AS部門へのインプット）

• 開発チーム内の仕様変更やスケジュールを把握し、国内外のAS部門に正確に共有・展開します。

3）【上市準備の推進】（プロジェクトマネジメント）

• 整備書作成、補修部品準備、販売店教育など、グローバルでの上市準備の進捗を管理し、課題解決を推進します。

Requirements

必須条件:以下2点の条件を満たす方

• 製造業（自動車、輸送機器、電機、機械等）でのエンジニアのご経験

（開発・設計・品質・生産技術・サービスエンジニアリング等）

• 関連部門（社内・社外問わず）との調整・折衝を伴うプロジェクトリーダー、またはそれに準ずるご経験
