Responsibilities

請求・支払運用

• 請求・支払データの収集・管理
• 電子帳票（請求書・支払通知書）開示システムの運用

取引先向け新規サービスの請求・支払運用構築

• 新規サービスのヒアリング・関連部署との調整
• 請求・支払オペレーション構築

債権回収に関する業務

• 請求金額・期限の管理
• 未回収金額の管理

財務状況確認

• 出店店舗の財務状況のモニタリング

※最初は各業務オペレーションをメンバーと一緒に対応していただき理解を深めていただいた後、上記業務をご担当いただきます。

Requirements

必須条件:下記業務のいずれかのご経験

• 取引先に対しての請求もしくは支払業務
• 債権回収業務
• 財務状況分析業務

歓迎条件:

• 金融機関、監査法人、事業会社の経理・財務部門でのご経験
• Microsoft Office（Power Point、Excel）を使っての資料作成、データ集計作業

（一般的な関数が使える程度）経験3年以上

• 業務オペレーション改善、新規オペレーション構築等のご経験
• 基幹システム（SAP）の利用のご経験
• 業務要件定義や業務フロー作成のご経験
