Responsibilities

自動車向け電子接続部品の量産工程における品質管理を担当します。品質基準の維持と改善活動を推進し、工程変更時の品質保証や評価を行う役割です。国内外の製造現場と連携し、問題解決力と分析力を発揮して品質向上を実現します。

• 量産工程での品質管理（工程検査、初期流動管理、工程能力の把握）
• 工程変更に伴う品質保証と評価
• 不具合発生時の要因分析と改善策の立案・実施
• 継続的な品質向上活動の推進
• 製造現場や技術者への品質管理教育
• ASEAN・中国地域への出張（年3回程度）、英語でのコミュニケーション対応

改善提案力や協働力を発揮し、チーム内外と連携しながら品質基準を守り抜くことが期待されます。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 電子業界又は機械系メーカーでの品質基礎知識をお持ちの方
