Responsibilities

• 仕様検討段階での過去トラ分析、特殊特性の抽出、FMEAやデザインレビューによる品質改善
• 試作品の設計・製造品質確認と出荷判断
• 初物評価（FASR、FAA、工程能力）に基づく初期流動計画の策定・管理
• 新製品の顧客向け品質書類作成、工程監査対応
• 海外拠点との品質関連調整（年2～3回程度の海外出張あり）
• 問題解決力や論理的思考を発揮し、品質改善提案を積極的に行う姿勢が求められます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 電子部品業界で技術部門または品質部門のエンジニアとして3年以上の実務経験
