Responsibilities

• ＜予算編成・管理＞
  • 年間予算や中期計画の作成
  • 各部門やプロジェクトごとの予算配分
  • 実績と予算の差異分析（予実管理）
• ＜業績管理＞
  • 月次・四半期・年次の業績レポート作成
  • KPI（重要業績評価指標）の設定とモニタリング
  • 部門別やプロジェクト別の収益性分析
• ＜コスト管理＞
  • 原価計算やコスト分析
  • コスト削減の提案や施策の実施
  • 製品やサービスごとの採算性分析
• ＜データ分析・レポート作成＞
  • BIツールやExcelを活用したデータ分析
  • 経営陣向けのレポートやプレゼン資料の作成
• ＜管理会計システムの運用・改善＞
  • 管理会計システム（SAP、Oracle、Hyperionなど）の導入・運用
  • システムのカスタマイズやデータフローの最適化
• ＜部門間調整・コミュニケーション＞
  • 各部門との連携によるデータ収集や目標設定
  • 事業上層部や現場との調整役としての役割
  • 経営戦略や目標を現場に落とし込むサポート
• ＜その他＞
  • 内部統制やガバナンスの観点からの管理
  • 非財務データ（例：顧客満足度、従業員エンゲージメントなど）の分析

Requirements

必須条件：

• 社会人経験3年以上
• ピープルマネジメント経験1年以上
• Microsoft Office（特にExcel、PowerPoint）の操作スキル
• 管理会計の基本的な知識（例：PL理解、予算策定、予実管理など）
• Excelを用いたデータ集計・分析スキル（ピボットテーブル、関数、グラフ作成など）
• 数字を基にした論理的な分析力と課題解決能力
