■Key accountabilities:

• Finance management area:
  • Handling daily and month-end accounting activities and Preparing profit & loss statements and Balance Sheet in compliance with Local GAAP and government regulations
  • Ensure timely submission of financial reporting data to the Head Office and the Regional Office for consolidation
  • Manage treasury, including control of vendor invoice and employee expense, payment execution, and preparation of regular cash flow forecast
  • Manage taxation activities and ensure timely and accurate tax filing
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial planning, and analyze delta data to provide insights and recommendations
  • Assist in SOX implementation for internal controls
• HR Management area:
  • Be responsible for recruiting activities according to the company hiring plan
  • Be responsible for personnel management activities, e.g. employee entry & exit management, monthly attendance management, and HR system management…
  • Be responsible for learning & development activities according to the corporate guidelines
  • Provide overall general service support to the team
  • HR & GS related OpEx budget preparation and monitoring

Requirements

■必須

• 大学または短大卒業、または同等の経験
• 5年以上の関連する職務経験
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル

■歓迎

• 会計学、ファイナンス、経済学専攻
