Responsibilities

電動化車両の駆動系技術開発を担当します。具体的には、技術戦略に基づく新アイテムの目標設定、駆動システム構成の定義、設計・評価までを一貫して担います。駆動システムズエンジニアリングを基盤に、シミュレーションやAI技術を駆使し、性能・信頼性を両立させる設計を推進します。関連部門やサプライヤーと連携し、量産化に向けた仕様確定や課題解決をリードする役割です。論理的思考と協働力を発揮し、複雑な要件を整理しながら最適解を導くことが求められます。安全性・信頼性を重視しつつ、革新的な技術を取り込み、次世代車両の価値を高める開発に挑戦してください。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 機械工学、システム工学、情報工学の基礎知識
• 英語力（TOEIC 600点以上）

歓迎条件:<歓迎スキル>

• 動力伝達系（トランスミッション、4WD、歯車、等速ジョイント）またはエンジン・シャシー構造設計経験
• システムズエンジニアリングの実務経験
• TOEIC 650点以上

<ツール／技術スタック>

• シミュレーション技術、AI応用、CAD系ツール
