Company overview

We are a food manufacturer of Korean origin, supplying a variety of food products in the Japanese market. With a wide assortment of products, we provide Korean cuisine and snack foods to Japanese consumers. In particular, we market products that respect traditional Korean flavors and cooking methods, and that are high in quality and safety. In addition, we are developing products that meet regional tastes and strengthen our market competitiveness in Japan. We provide consumers with products that they can enjoy with peace of mind, as we handle all stages of food production in-house, from selection of raw materials to manufacturing and sales. We aim to promote cultural exchange of food and support the fusion of Japanese and Korean food cultures.

Responsibilities

• 生産詳細計画の立案
  • 経営計画・月次需要計画をもとに、生産方式・生産戦略を検討
  • MRP機能を活用し、週間・日次の生産計画を立案
  • 製造ラインの能力・シフト・設備状況を考慮した計画調整
• 生産オーダー生成・情報管理
  • 生産オーダーの作成・管理
  • 生産資材の必要量、人員所要量など生産に必要な各種情報の管理
  • MRP結果に基づく供給計画情報の提供（購買・物流・生産現場との連携）
• その他付随業務
  • 計画と実績の差異分析、改善に向けた提案
  • ERP／SAP内の生産関連マスタ・データメンテナンス　など

Requirements

必須条件：

• 食品業界での生産管理経験 5年以上
• ERPまたはSAPを用いた生産計画・生産管理の実務経験

歓迎条件：

• 韓国語もしくは英語 中級レベル以上
• MRP（資材所要量計画）の運用・改善の経験
