Responsibilities

• ラボマネジメントを担うお客様と対等により良い将来のラボを目指して協業する。
• プログラムレビューや機器だけでなくラボの課題に焦点を当て、問題解決に繋げる。
• アジレント社内の幅広いステークホルダーと連携をとり、顧客が望む提供サービスだけでなくアジレントポリシー、経理、法務の観点を加えながら、適切な可能なサービスを作り上げる。
• 業務プログラム開発や統計等の資料作成を行う。
• 海外各部門との協業、他

Requirements

• 科学分野での4年制大学卒業、またはそれに相当する経験
• 顧客のニーズを理解し、要件に合ったソリューションを構築・定義する能力
• 顧客と協力して業務上・ビジネス上の課題を解決した実績
• リレーショナルデータベースの理解や業務プロセスフローの経験や技術、クリティカルシンキングの思考法。また、化学または生物の研究業界での経験
• 外部サービス提供者との関係構築・管理のスキル／経験
• 国際・国内の業界規制（GxP、ISOなど）に精通していること

5.33 - 6.6 million yen
