Responsibilities

• 約50百万ユーロの支出を約40社のサプライヤーを通じて管理
• 国内では単独の担当者として活動（ダイバーシティ重視）
• 調達部門の代表として、社内の主要関係者（マーケティングリーダー、サービスリーダー、品質管理、法務など）と連携
• カテゴリーおよびプロジェクトの観点から調達価値提案を定義し、標準カタログ製品の推進
• ローカル規制、品質管理システム、マスター契約、サイバーセキュリティ指針、社内ポリシーに基づく100%のコンプライアンスを確保
• 継続的改善の一環として、プロセス変更の提案・実施
• 国別調達戦略の実行（マーケット調達リーダーと連携）
• 中短期の生産性向上（P&Lへの影響を重視）
• 供給保証の最大化による売上と顧客満足の確保
• サプライヤーの管理（セグメンテーション、統合、リスク管理、パフォーマンス監視）
• 統合サプライチェーンおよび調達組織の一員として、国際市場のマーケット調達リーダーに報告

Requirements

必須要件：

• 学士号（ビジネス、サプライチェーン、調達分野の学位が望ましい）
• グローバル企業における直接購買、サプライチェーン、またはプロジェクトマネジメントの実務経験（4～5年以上）
• サプライヤーとの交渉力、コスト削減やプロセス改善における実績を持つ方
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
