• グローバル企業として幅広い財務・経理機能を持っていますので，制度決算会計，エクイティ・Debt資金調達，国際税務，海外子会社CFO・監査役，IR等，財務・経理・IR面で多様な経験を積むことができます。

■業務内容：グループ成長戦略・財務戦略機能強化を担います。成長領域である航空・防衛事業と，将来の成長を担うアンモニア事業のグローバル展開を，財務・会計面から支えていく役割という，大変やりがいのある業務です。【業務詳細】

• 管理会計の精度向上，FP＆A機能の導入
• 事業計画数値立案能力，CFマネジメント機能の強化
• 対コーポレートへのレポーティング機能全般の強化

※事業長の右腕として，FP＆A役割を担いながら，事業の意思決定にも直接貢献していくことができます。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 製造業での管理会計実務経験（5-8年以上）
• 公認会計士として会計監査の経験（5年以上）

■歓迎条件：

• グローバルに事業を展開している製造業での実務経験（できれば同業他社が望ましい）
• 必須ではないが英語力
• USCPA
