全て日本で設計開発～製造を行い、自社工場の製造装置開発までも、自分たちで手掛けている同社。
また、カスタム仕様品が多いため、競合は少なく、価格競争に強いことが特徴で、
利益率が高い経営を維持できています。

現在、国内に製造開発拠点を置く体制のもと事業の国際化を進めており、
アジア市場、欧米市場への製品販売を拡大しています。

■ポジションについて
ワイヤ・ケーブル、チューブ・継手等を中心とする自社製品に必要な原材料の調達購買担当として、スキル・ご経験に応じて、次の業務をお任せします。

■具体的な業務内容

• 事業戦略に基づいたグローバル調達戦略企画の立案・実行
• グローバルサプライチェーンマネジメント（樹脂、導体、基盤、コネクタ等の原材料調達・生産・物流・納品まで一連のプロセス全体の統括と適正化を図る）
• サプライヤー管理（原材料の最適な仕入れ先の検索・選定・評価）
• 購買管理（必要な原材料を、世界市場から最適な品質、価格および納期で調達）
• 外注管理（原材料を安定的に、アメリカ、中国、東南アジア等の海外外注先から調達）
• ※将来的に年に1,2回程度海外出張の可能性有
• ※国内出張有

Requirements

■必須

• 調達戦略企画の立案の経験
• 海外顧客との折衝経験
  • 目安TOEIC　800点以上
  • 英語での会議、電話でコミュニケーションができるレベル
• 組織マネジメントの経験
