Responsibilities

同社に所属しながら、同社製品の品質管理を行っていただくポジションです。ネットワーク設備やデバイスのライフサイクル全般（開発～製造～導入～運用～廃棄）において、技術観点での監視を行い、品質リスクの早期検出と対策、再発防止等の改善活動をリードします。

• 新規設備、デバイスの導入プロセスへ参加し、技術リスクのレビューを実施
• 開発／製造のモニタリング、技術チームの問題対応の監視
• 運用中の市場品質監視、品質問題の早期検出と対策の監視
• ライフエンドの監視と次機種への品質改善フィードバック

【具体的なプロジェクト事例】

• ネットワーク機器品証（HW／SW）
• スマートフォンデバイス導入技術チーム
• ネットワーク機器ステータス監視、修理返品／交換状況の監視

Requirements

必須条件:

• 通信業界、電機業界の品質保証関連職あるいはプロセス改善職で5年以上
• 課長以上のマネージャー職を5年以上
• 英語：英語での調整交渉が可能なレベル

歓迎条件:

• 通信機器あるいは電機製品の設計エンジニア経験
• 通信機器あるいは電機製品の開発プロジェクトマネージャー経験
