Responsibilities

• サプライヤーの工程・品質管理の支援
• 量産開始前の製品・部品のリリース確認
• 品質管理手法（APQPなど）の適用
• 供給リスクの分析と改善策の立案
• サプライヤーとの品質改善活動の推進
• 社内関係部署との連携によるプロジェクト支援
• 品質トラブルの対応と再発防止策の実施
• チームメンバーの育成と業務サポート
• グローバルチームとの情報共有とベストプラクティスの活用

Requirements

必須条件：

• 自動車業界での品質管理業務のご経験
• プレッシャーに耐えられる能力
• サプライヤー選定、要件定義、先行製品品質計画、生産能力の検証、初期サンプルコントロールレポートの承認、量産部品承認プロセス、プロセス監査の経験（VDA 6.3に基づ品質ツールの知識と実践：FMEA、統計的工程管理、工程能力、問題解決（8D、5 Whys、石川ダイアグラム、フォルトツリー分析、。IATF 16949の品質基準、ISO9001、ISO14001
