Responsibilities

月間アクティブユーザーが1億人を超えるグローバルなゲームプラットフォーム上で蓄積される膨大なデータを活用し、AI・機械学習技術によって新しいユーザー体験を生み出していただきます。業務の詳細:画像・映像・テキスト・音声など、複数のモダリティを統合的に扱うAI技術を活用し、ゲームプレイ映像の理解、画像とテキストのクロスモーダル検索、ユーザーの行動や好みに応じたコンテンツ推薦など、次世代のゲーム体験を支える開発に取り組みます。また、最新のTransformer技術の活用・検証や、モデル軽量化・最適化に携わる機会もあります。

Requirements

必須要件:

• コンピュータービジョン、自然言語処理、音声認識のいずれか1つ以上のコアAI分野における専門知識
• LLM、ビジョン言語モデル、またはマルチモーダル基盤モデル（BLIP-2、CLIPなど）の実践経験
• 効率的なデプロイメントのための量子化、グラフ最適化、プルーニング、QATなどのニューラルNW最適化手法に関する知識
• ONNX Runtime、TensorRT、OpenVINO、カスタムランタイムカーネルなどを使用したC++推論最適化の経験
