Responsibilities

• AXA Japanのオートメーションおよびシンプリフィケーションチームにおいて、ロードマップを定義し、それに基づいて製品やプロジェクトを提供します。
• 開発者とビジネスエンドユーザーの両方と協力して、ビジネスプロセス再設計のデザインをリードします。
• データに基づくプロセスモデリングを使用して、プロセス開発前後の生産性を評価します。
• アジャイル手法を用いてチームの開発バックログを管理し、ユーザーストーリーの作成、優先順位付け、スケジューリングを行います。

Requirements

必須条件：

• ビジネスプロセス再設計（BPR）の経験
• データ指標に基づいてプロセス改善を特定し推進できる能力
• ビジネス要件を技術要件に翻訳できる能力（機能チームと技術チームの間のインターフェースとして）
• ビジネス英語およびビジネス日本語のスキルが必要

歓迎条件：

• UI Path、MS Power Automation、機械学習、OCRの経験があれば望ましい
• アジャイル開発実践の知識
