Responsibilities

• 1.中期経営計画策定支援
• 2.予算・決算取り纏め
• 3.業績管理（プロジェクト損益管理、予実分析他）
• 4.財務的見地での経営改革・改善の提案および推進、経営者意思決定支援
• 5.自組織の人員管理およびマネジメント

Requirements

必須条件：

• 業績管理、財務戦略の企画・立案の業務をマネジメント層としてご経験された方
• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力（流暢であればベストですが、頻度は担当により異なるため経理財務の業務上で発生する英語を用いたコミュニケーションが最低限出来れば可）

歓迎条件：

• 財務DX推進の経験がある方、もしくは関連する業務の経験がある方
