Responsibilities

AI Agent技術（LLMを中核に自律的な動作を行うソフトウェアシステム）の研究開発を担当頂きます。プロジェクトのフェーズによって論文レベルの要素技術開発から応用技術開発まで行い、同社の事業の差異化や競争力向上を実現する新規機能を実現します。

• AI Agentにおける研究開発（状況に応じて、論文レベルのコア技術開発やユーザ体験に近い応用技術開発）
• 研究成果のソフトウェアライブラリ・システムへの実装
• 提案する機能のプロトタイプ開発やニーズの検証
• コア技術開発の成果についての論文の執筆

Requirements

必須条件:

• LLMにおける3年以上の研究開発実績（学生時代含む）
• Pythonを用いた実装経験

歓迎条件:

• 語学力：英語での打ち合わせや議論（ビジネスレベルの英語）
