Responsibilities

財務部門にて、キャプティブを活用したグローバル損害保険プログラムの企画・運営を担う保険リスクマネジャーを募集します。固定資産利益、Marine、賠償責任、Cyberのいずれかを担当し、グループ全体のリスクマネジメントに貢献いただきます。業務詳細:

• 財務部門のグローバル保険企画チームに所属し、グループキャプティブを活用した損害保険プログラムの設計・改善を担当いただきます。
• 主に、グループ各社との連携、国内外の保険会社・ブローカーとの交渉、再保険パネルとの調整を行います。
• 加えて、他種目の副担当としてチームリーダーを補佐し、チーム全体での更改業務や横断的なプロジェクトにも参画いただきます。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 事業会社または保険会社・ブローカーでのグローバル損害保険プログラムの基礎知識と5年以上の実務経験
• 財務諸表の基礎知識と読解能力

歓迎条件:

• TOEIC700点以上
