Responsibilities

海外向けの空調機の開発業務をお任せします。商品企画、仕様検討、試作・試験、量産対応まで一連の工程に関わります。関連部門を取りまとめて開発を推進する業務です。業務詳細:

• 海外拠点（UK,タイ,アメリカ,メキシコ,インド）と連携しながらグローバルに製品開発を行います。業務用空調と言っても地域・市場によっては家庭用にも使われます。
• 構造設計・電子（H/W,S/W）設計・生産管理・品質管理・営業部門・研究所と連携しながら、製品開発のとりまとめとして開発を推進します。商品企画から、設計・試作、量産まで一連の工程に関わります。
• 海外の開発センター（主にタイ、アメリカ）と日々英語でコミュニケーションを取りながら開発を進めます。また、海外の販売会社とも時には対面で打ち合わせも実施し、要望・意見をヒアリングします。

Requirements

必須条件:※実務経験5年程度以上目安

• 製造業経験者で、熱力学、流体力学、材料力学、制御工学、機械工学などいずれかの知見を持っている方

歓迎条件:

• 冷凍サイクル知識を有する方、冷凍機械責任者の資格を有する方
