Company overview

We are engaged in the research, development and provision of medical technologies in Japan. In particular, we focus on the development of innovative therapies and provide advanced technologies related to cancer treatment. We use a new therapeutic approach called photoimmunotherapy to target cancer cells for effective treatment. This technology combines light and drugs to selectively destroy cancer cells. In research and development, we are strengthening our collaboration with specialized institutions and universities in Japan and overseas to conduct clinical trials and commercialize the technology. Responsibilities

━━Responsibilities━━

• Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business strategy, R&D investments, and product lifecycle management.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Partner with R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to support decision-making and resource allocation.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, gross margin, SG&A, and R&D expenditures.
• Create disclosure reports quarterly and annually.

Requirements

■必須

• 5年以上のFP&A、財務報告、または企業財務の経験
• J-GAAP、IFRS、またはUS GAAP、および上場企業の財務開示要件に関する強い知識
• 財務モデリング、予算ツール、およびERPシステム（例：Oracle NetSuite）の熟練度
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
• 目安：TOEIC 850点以上
• 学士号

■歓迎

• MBA、CPA、CMAがあれば尚可
• 上場している製薬またはヘルスケア企業での経験
• R&Dコストトラッキング、臨床試験の予算策定、および製品発売の財務計画に精通していること
• グローバルなヘルスケア規制および価格設定/償還フレームワークに関する知識
• 迅速なクロスファンクショナル環境で複数の優先事項を管理する能力
• BIツール（例：Power BI、Tableau）およびデータビジュアライゼーションの経験
• 製薬または医療機器業界でのFP&A、財務報告、または企業財務の経験
