Responsibilities

オペレーションパフォーマンスのリード

生命保険カスタマーサービス、損害保険クレーム・オペレーション、データビジネスパートナー、財務部門と連携し、オペレーションパフォーマンスの確認・分析を行い、顧客・オペレーションパフォーマンス指標の窓口となります。既存のデータ分析ツールを活用し、共通の実践方法と改善点を特定、月次業務パフォーマンス会議を主導し、グループ向けパフォーマンス報告の調整を行います。

顧客・オペレーション部門の予算リード

予算コーディネーターと協力し、予算策定・監視・管理を主導します。各機能部門の支出を分析し、節約可能性とコスト最適化を特定。財務部門との連携を通じて、予算関連書類の提出を確実に行います。

その他

外部訪問用プレゼン資料作成、部門横断的なコミュニケーション施策、顧客文化活性化などの戦略的コミュニケーション業務を支援し、内外向けのコミュニケーション文案作成も行います。

• 業務改善推進や企画の経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
