We are dedicated to establishing a global research and development framework to provide medicines to a large number of patients.

Responsibilities

• 生産本部のICT関連ニーズの把握・分析およびシステム化案件の企画・立案・予算策定支援
• 生産領域におけるICTプロジェクト導入のサポートと関係者間の調整
• ICTシステム導入後の運用・保守体制の構築支援と継続的な改善提案
• グローバル（特にUS地域）でのICT案件推進と現地関係者との連携
• 全社最適のEnterprise Architecture視点でのICT戦略推進と生産領域への展開

Requirements

必須条件:

• 生産業務に関する知識およびICTソリューションに関する理解
• システム企画・要件定義の経験
• 製造業界またはICT分野における実務経験3年以上

歓迎条件:

• ICTプロジェクトマネジメントの経験
• 生産現場の業務プロセス理解および業務改善経験
• Enterprise Architecture（特にBusiness/Application Architecture）における生産領域担当の業務経験
• グローバルプロジェクトや海外拠点との連携経験
