Responsibilities

海外拠点の販売管理や在庫管理、価格戦略などを統括し、現地との連携を通じて課題解決を推進いただきます。担当リージョンはEMEAまたはAPACで、ご経験や適性に応じて決定します。さらに、代理店との商談や販売促進、海外市場の情報収集・分析を行い、グローバルビジネスの成長を支える重要なポジションです。リーダー～マネージャークラスとして組織を牽引いただきます。【具体的な業務例】

• 海外拠点の販売・価格・回収・在庫管理の統括
• 代理店との商談・販売促進支援
• 海外市場情報の収集・分析（市況・競合・法規制など）
• PSIデータの取得と営業戦略との整合性確認
• 課題抽出と部門横断的な解決推進
• チームメンバーの育成・教育

Requirements

必須要件:

• 英語（TOEIC 800点以上）
• メーカー営業経験（10年以上）
• 海外貿易実務経験（5年以上）
• マネージング経験（3年以上）
• アカウンティング基礎知識（B/S, P/Lなど読み解く力）
