Responsibilities

• IFRSに基づく月次・四半期・年次決算の実施・報告
• 総勘定元帳、買掛金・売掛金管理、支払処理（国内・海外）
• 顧問税理士・外部監査法人・グローバル監査（Oerlikon Group Audit）への対応
• 内部統制システムの運用・維持・改善
• SAPに関する改善提案や不具合対応（スイス・インドのグローバルチームと連携）
• 経理観点からのビジネスサポートやプロジェクト参画（新規導入、業務効率化など）

Requirements

• 経理・財務の実務経験８年以上
• IFRSおよび日本会計基準に関する知識・実務経験
• 使命感を持ち、正しい知識と判断力で主体的に課題解決に臨める方。
• 状況に応じ優先順位を見極め、責任感を持って業務を遂行できる方。
• 変化の多い環境に柔軟に対応し、オープンにビジネス支援に取り組む意欲ある方を歓迎します。
