Responsibilities

• 業務改善、TOBE像の構築
• 物流分野における横断課題の解決・調整、調整会議のPM

【業務例】

• 物流・貿易管理に関する業務プロセス、システム、データフローなどを詳細に分析し、課題や改善点、ボトルネックを特定する。
• 部内を巻き込んで業務課題を洗い出し、ひとつずつ解決に向けた調整と、その会議のファシリテートを行います。
• 大きな課題は部内あるいは関連部署を含んでプロジェクト化し、そのPMの役割を果たします。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 貿易物流関連の経験、業務改善プロジェクトに携わった経験のある方
• 語学：学ぶ意欲があり、翻訳ソフト等を使用しながら英語で海外現法等とメールのやり取りが可能なレベル

歓迎条件:

• 物流、SCM、貿易に関する資格（ロジスティクス管理、通関士など）をお持ちの方
• チームでの協働経験
• DX,AIなどを使った業務効率化の経験者あるいはその学習に意欲的に取り組んでいる方
• 語学：英語での会議、電話が可能なレベル
