Responsibilities

• 日本を含む10リージョンの要望を調査し、最適な教育戦略策定、施策検討をします。
• 各国の教育組織や関連するビジネス主体と協力し、グローバルな教育施策を推進。弊社基本戦略施策の一つである「事業経営戦略と連動した人財戦略と人財育成」を実行します。
• 最新のDXを戦略的に取り入れたコンテンツ企画・制作を行い、社員の学びをサポートします。
• イントラネットや社内SNSを活用したプロモーション活動で、社内のDX文化を広めます。
• 社内の教育関連のステークホルダーコミュニティーを運営し、情報共有と連携を強化します。

Requirements

必須条件

• IT/DX領域の基本的な知識（Cyber Security, AI, Cloud, Data Analytics等）
• ツールの基礎的な活用スキル（Teams、Forms、SharePoint、Power Automate、 Power BI等）
• 会社または職場の人材育成の施策に携わった経験（1年以上）
• 海外メンバー含むチームでの業務経験（1年以上）
