Responsibilities

• PMO業務全般：M&A推進に関する各種助言、プロジェクト管理全般、関連部門との調整、各種会議体の運営、経営層への報告資料作成　等
• デューデリジェンス支援：主に、ビジネス・オペレーションデューデリジェンスにおける事業部支援
• PMIプランニング：買収後の統合計画策定、モニタリングスキーム構築

Requirements

必須条件：

• 何らかの形でM&Aに関与した経験（1~3年程度）
• 関連部門や買収対象企業とコミュニケーション可能なレベルでの英語力
• チームまたはプロジェクトでのリーダー経験（1~3年程度）

歓迎条件：

• MBA等ビジネス関連資格
