Responsibilities

• プロダクト本部　事業戦略センター　ビジネス創出部　インキュベーション課の一員として、プロダクト事業の新規事業企画（企画立案、仮説検証、プロジェクトマネジメント）を推進
• 自ら担当として新規事業開発を推進、徐々にリーダーとして担当数名のマネジメント

Requirements

必須条件　以下いずれか

• 事業開発やスタートアップでの0→1のPJT推進経験　目安3年以上
• コンサルティング会社等での新規事業支援経験知識
• 戦略立案から仮説検証、MVP開発、PoC実施、スケーリングの一連の流れを理解・経験
• 部門横断的な調整力、ファシリテーション・プロジェクトマネジメント
• 資料作成・プレゼン力（社内稟議等含む）

歓迎条件

• IA市場や製造業に関する知見
• 海外ベンダーやパートナーとの協業経験、もしくはビジネス英語（TOEIC(R)700相当以上）

7.3 - 9.2 million yen
