Responsibilities

担当するシステムおよび業務領域をどう発展させるべきか、自ら考え提案し、実現させていく役割を期待しています。具体的には同社の社内SEとして以下の業務を担っていただきます。

• 今後予定している現地法人、国内工場への導入プロジェクトへシステム運用設計事務局の一員として参画・推進
• 担当する基幹システムの領域に関連する社内プロジェクトへシステム運用設計事務局の一員として参画・推進
• 同社のグローバルシステムの運用保守ルールの管理
• 実務側のアーキテクチャ担当として同社で利用する新規アーキテクチャの評価および各システムへの実装支援
• アーキテクチャレビューボードの一員としてグループ全体のアーキテクチャの定義及び妥当性の検討
• 協力会社メンバーのマネジメント（進捗・品質管理）

まずは既存社員や協力会社メンバーと共に活動し、その後、自らがリーダーとして上記の業務をリードできる役割となることを期待しています。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 3年以上のシステム運用保守経験

歓迎条件:

• ITILをベースとした運用保守経験1年以上
• ビジネスレベルの英会話
