Company overview

We are a comprehensive specialty store for toys and children's products boasting one of the largest selections in the country. We provide a wide range of toys and related items for children, including baby goods and children's clothing. Our stores offer events and experiential corners for children to enjoy, making them a favorite destination for families. Additionally, we operate an online store where customers can conveniently purchase a diverse range of products.

Responsibilities

• 店舗出店戦略に沿った新店、改装に伴う店舗設計、建設に関わる内装設計、施工監理
• コンストラクションマネージメント（スケジュール管理、コスト管理、必要な備品類の手配、物件関わる各部、および分離発注に伴う各業者との調整　など）
• AUTO-CADによる図面作成
• イラストレータ・フォトショップを使用した各種資料作成
• 関係書類・データの整理・保管

Requirements

必須条件:

• チェーン展開をしている小売業の建設マネージメント業務経験（設計会社で店舗建設を請け負っていた方でもOK）
• 店舗設計もしくは施工監理経験5年以上（建築、電気）
• Auto-CAD業務経験1年以上・パース作成、フォトショップ、イラストレーターの操作スキル
• 次期リーダーとして、社外関係者との折衝や社内関係者とのコミュニケーション・交渉ができる方
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験（設計施工監理）

歓迎条件:

• 2級建築士、2級建築施工管理技士、2級電気工事施工管理技士
