Responsibilities

• 社内イベントの運営計画（運営マニュアル作成、スタッフ配置計画、スタッフ指導）
• 経費処理
• 制作物のデザインや発注
• 外部業者との交渉、発注
• 他部署、国内外拠点とのプロジェクト推進
• クラブ活動の管理
• クラブ制度の設計、構築、運用

Requirements

必須条件：

• 2025年12月入社可能な方
• ビジネスレベルの日本語力
• 日常会話レベルの英語力
• Excelを使用したデータ集計／分析経験（四則演算のほか、VLOOKUP、ピポットテーブルなどの関数の使用経験）
• PowerPointを使用したプレゼンテーション資料経験（3年以上）

• イベント企画や運営のご経験
• Adobe Illustrator、Photoshopのデザイン業務経験
• Office365の業務使用経験
• ネイティブレベルの英語力
