Responsibilities

【予算編成】 

• 予算編成事務局の一員として、各事業部や他部署とコミュニケーションをとりながら、同社グループ全体の予算策定に携わります。
• 予算編成方針やガイドラインの策定及びスケジューリング等の事前準備から、実際の予算数値収集、確認／集計／分析業務、資料作成、予算見直しに至るまで、予算編成に関する業務全般を行います。

【予実管理】

• 決算業務における管理会計部分を担当し、全事業部の着地見込数値をとりまとめて管理連結P/Lを作成し、予実分析の結果を経営陣に報告します。
• なかでも四半期で作成するセグメント情報については、開示書類に直結する極めて重要な資料になります。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 会計及び財務の基礎知識 
• TOEIC 800点以上 
• Excel、Power Point、Wordスキル

歓迎条件:

• 事業会社の予算編成や経営管理経験をお持ちの方 
• 事業計画や予算策定の経験がある方 
• 競合他社分析、KPI分析など、財務諸表からだけでなく事業環境も踏まえた分析や評価経験をお持ちの方
• 日商簿記2級以上の会計知識、連結決算／コーポレートファイナンスの実務経験 
• ネイティブレベルの英語力
